REPAIRS
All repair requests are to be in writing and may be faxed, posted or emailed to your managing agent, unless it is an emergency.
All Strata Tradespeople will not be given keys to properties without the consent of the tenant/s.

You should not organise any non-emergency repairs yourself, unless you are prepared to pay the account.
KEYS
If you have been locked out of your premises and require borrowing keys, please provide a driver's license and ensure keys are returned on the same day. Out of office hours you will need to contact a 24-hour locksmith at your own expense.
